After over 27 years of program management, supply chain management, business development, and systems engineering experience, Eric George most recently rescued a small manufacturing firm to successfully grow its monthly revenue by 17 times and 35 times EBIT. At the same time, Eric George created and maintained a successful commercial real estate company with nearly 200,000 total square feet under its management.
Prior to becoming a full-time entrepreneur in Fort Worth, Texas, Eric established and championed a global supply chain capability for a $4 billion services company. This success was so profound that his team was recognized for the prestigious Nunn-Perry award in 2012. This experience made Eric George the perfect leader for Second Chance Pallets.
Eric George's Work - 2012 To Present
Prior to leading Second Chance Pallets in Saginaw, Texas, he lead the Joint Strike Fighter F-35 Mission Systems and Software Integrated Product Team (IPT), a massive $7 billion undertaking that delivered close to a half-million line items over the production life cycle.
Previous program management assignments involved the daily management of a $130M per year operation that was responsible for the management, development, & maintenance of an intricate command & control system. Additionally, Eric George’s operation was responsible for the management and development of a complex multi-domain Strategic Command system, as well as Omaha site operations lead.
Eric George of Fort Worth, Texas was instrumental in two major program turnarounds that resulted in highly rated customer satisfaction that was reflected in the growth in sales, orders, and EBIT by double digits.
Lastly, his broad experience includes the management of a subcontract relationship. With this, Eric George conducted work content under $600M Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) work orders and running a multi-disciplined advanced engineering programs group responsible for the creation of new product & strategic development.

Eric George is a U.S. Air Force veteran from Fort Worth, Texas. He has obtained a master’s degree from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. He is happily married to his wife, Danielle George, who he has two incredible children with.
